Terms of service

Motor Portraits is run by RebelWorks, SIA, registered in Latvia under number 40203772758, Liepu 28, Rezekne, LV-4601, Latvia. These terms apply when you order from Motor Portraits. Questions go to support@motorportraits.art.

What you are buying

A portrait of you (and, if you add it, a second person) with your car, motorcycle or boat, drawn in our style from the photos and details you send. The drawing is made by AI and checked for likeness against your photos before you see it; when it needs work, a person steps in. You buy it as a digital file, as a poster or canvas print, or as a canvas print with the file.

How an order runs

You pay when you order. We draw the portrait, check it, and email you a preview. You approve the preview or ask for changes; changes are free, as often as you need. Nothing is printed and no file is sent until you approve.

Approval is final for a print: the print is made exactly as the approved preview shows. A digital file is delivered as soon as you approve.

The buttons in a preview email work for 7 days, and your preview page can send you a new link. If we hear nothing, we remind you twice and then set the order aside; write to support@motorportraits.art to pick it up again.

Delivery

A digital file is sent by email as a download link that works for 14 days; your order page gives you a fresh link for a year after delivery. Prints are made to order in the USA and ship with tracking to addresses in the United States only. Prices are in US dollars and include US shipping. After a digital order, your order page offers a canvas print of the approved portrait for 25 days; it is printed exactly as approved, so the print rules here apply to it.

Your photos

You confirm that you have the right to use the photos you send and that any person in them agrees to be drawn. We use your photos only to make and check your portrait, and we delete them once your order is complete or 30 days after you pay, whichever is later. We never use your photos or your portrait in our marketing without your written permission.

Your portrait

The finished portrait is yours to print, share and display for personal, non-commercial use. Manufacturer names, logos and emblems are left off the drawing by design; Motor Portraits is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer.

Liability

Our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence also apply.
